Title: Scallops in Double Pepper Sauce **

1/4cOlive Oil
5 Chopped Garlic Cloves
1lbBay Or Sea Scallops
3/4cSlivered Red Peppers
3/4cSlivered Green Peppers
1/2cChopped Onion
1/2tsTabasco Pepper Sauce
1/4tsSalt
2tbDrained Capers

Slivers of red and green bell peppers give this quickly prepared dish vibrant color, and the garlic, Tabasco sauce and capers provide lots of flavor. ~------------------------------------------------------------------------- In a large skillet, heat the oil and add the garlic. Cook until golden, about 1 minute. Add the scallops, peppers, onion, Tabasco sauce and salt. Stirring constantly, cook for 5 minutes, or until the scallops turn white and the vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in the capers and serve immediately.
